Srishti Bhatt is an emerging force in the field of clinical psychology, distinguished for her integrative approach that bridges evidence-based practice with psychospiritual healing modalities. As a Child–Family and Marriage Therapist, Researcher, and Integrative Healing Practitioner, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing mental health care through innovation, compassion, and scientific rigor.
With a strong academic foundation, Srishti holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Haryana, complemented by a minor in Dietetics and Nutrition and a Professional Diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition, achieved with distinction. Her interdisciplinary training reflects a holistic understanding of human well-being, integrating psychological, physiological, and emotional dimensions. Currently pursuing PhD (Clinical Psychology), she continues to strengthen her clinical and ethical competencies within the Indian mental health framework.
As the Founder and Research Head of Mental Diet Wellness Clinic, Srishti has created a platform dedicated to accessible and integrative mental health care. Her clinical expertise spans child and adolescent therapy, play therapy, paediatric hypnotherapy, and trauma-informed interventions. Her training across premier institutions such as Dr. RML Hospital, VIMHANS, Moolchand Hospital, and Citizen Hospital has equipped her with extensive experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, de-addiction treatment, and reproductive mental health counselling.
A prolific researcher, Srishti has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in areas including narcissistic personality patterns, parenting dynamics, autism, ADHD, and integrative healing therapies. She is also the co-developer of innovative psychological tools such as the Narcissistic Personality Pattern Test (NPPT), Empowerment and Boundaries Assessment (EBA), and Narcissistic Abuse Thermometer (NAT). Her contributions extend to national guidelines, including the Clinical Consensus Guideline for Psychosocial Care in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) 2024.
Her work transcends conventional psychology by incorporating modalities like Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT) and Subconscious Energy Healing Therapy (SEHT), offering deeper explorations into trauma, identity, and emotional memory. As an author, she has published books such as Inner Child Healing: A Path to Wholeness and Soul Surgery, reflecting her commitment to both academic and experiential knowledge dissemination.
